The US turned back many ships carrying jews back to europe, many of whom died.

The holocaust was NOT why we entered WW2 and it was NOT the cause of WW2. racism had nothing to do with it, since we were to busy engaging in racism by locking up japanese americans, segregating blacks, discriminating and abusing them.

it (the holocaust) is used as a post war justification.

US corporations wanted to stay number one, as opposed to german or japanese corporations.
War is good for US corporations hence the saying
war is good for the economy

p.s. guess the reason for the iraq war?
freedom? democracy? liberation? save iraqis from saddam?

Please, as if the US ever gave a damn about any of those. Its Money. check out the no bid contracts for halliburton, the continued profits of the oil companies and arms manufacturers. and thanks to people that believe there are wars that dont have anything to do with money, republicans get voted back in 2004, increasing their strangle hold. If it wasnt for the 2006 elections i may have lost hope
