I divide the time up carefully. I ususally eat dinner and watch a little TV with her, then I play games for the rest of the evening. You have to remember to take her out to eat once or twice a week,, take her shopping for a few hours over the weekend and a movie,, things like that. All this dosen't take very long so you still have plenty of gaming time
A line that has also worked in the past is to say "Hey, I'm not out doing drugs, ((unless you are!)) I'm not out drinking with the guys, I'm sitting here at home so you know where I am and you can get me if you need anything"
