Magus can't have heavy armor as they are Ranged DPS, looks like it but shouldn't.

The way I understood it from that podcast is that the carrier can't use anything of his abilities, tactics, etc, but while holding everyone in the group gets the effect, if it's dropped the effect becomes a radius around the banner, so team members extending too far won't get bonuses.

At first the banner has no tactic slots, those get unlocked as the guild gets higher level.

So I stand with the healer being the carrier, why? cause the group probably has another healer or two (considering one will be a DoK in the front fighting with the tanks keeping them alive), if extra healing is needed, the healer drops the banner to assist, the tanks lose the bonus for a moment but the support and ranged DPS in the back keep it as they are in the radius, if an enemy runs towards the banner, you grab it again and shove him away with it (for what the podcast showed), rinse and repeat.

Of course it's unknown if there's a timer on the banner after you put it on the ground before you can pick it up again, if there is then well my plan goes down the drains
