For what I could gather it sees to take place 1000 years after the Z warriors banished (so after the series).
Keep in mind that any kids from Goku and Vegetta will have Saiyan bloodline so any descendants will have some too, so a new planet with saiyans isn't needed to have toons with Saiyan powers.
In those videos I keep seeing Saiyan, human and Namek as races, hope there's more and hope you can pick what powers you want, kinda like skills that you level up as you use them but you can only have a max number all together...
Then again can't expect much from a korean mmo.
