Well, Poot had to go back to his house for a bit and his computers here and I don't wanna touch it while its messed up for fear that I'll make it worse, especialy with the bad luck I've had so far haha.
But he has the same RAM as me and we put his sticks in my machine and they read fine and worked. We will check the PSU when he gets back, and I'll tell him about the HD bios thing and let you guys know as soon as possible.
