Did you format the primary drive before booting the PC up? If not, you really should format the drive and do a clean install of the OS.

Check your BIOS setting for HTT & CPU. As that is an AM2+ compatible board ensure that the HTT is set for the Athon X2 default (2000) and not for a Phenom (3600). Check CPU voltage for your processor as well, should be ~1.35-1.4v.

If those settings are correct, try removing all but one stick of RAM and only install the primary HDD and see if you can get it up and running stable with that configuration, set a restore point, and then add the other components.
