I wish more Chaos gods were available beyond Tzeentch, but beyond that I'm pretty open to any new races in the future. I do, however, firmly believe that while they would be interesting to see, vampire counts would be inappropriate, as they really are just too powerful compared to all but the most legendary individuals in the warhammer world. Even the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay says that. They would be fun, but they would have to be considerably watered down to be playable, which would no doubt anger a lot of people devoted to the lore.
Beastmen or Skaven would be nice, I suppose. Wood Elves are typically too secular a people to really make a practical race, I think, interesting thought it would be. Tomb Kings and Lizardmen never go beyond their distant homelands by choice, and are so neutral that I wouldn't know what faction to peg them under anyway.
I tend to agree with Zoa that if anything I'd like to see some expanded classes for the existing races if possible.
