Well the point of rick rolling is to deceive someone into thinking they are going to a site with something meaningful. I'm sure if you say explicitly that "Hey this is a rick roll vid" then I'm sure nobody would mind.
Anyway, I'll have to look this up when I get home. The computer I'm using right now can't do anything with flash. =/
