First of all, you are going to have to reformat. Just so ya know...
Second, give us links to all the hardware you purchase/have if you want us to give it a serious look.
Right now, it could be either the Motherboard, Video Card, A power cable not plugged into something (did you plug the power into the video card? Did you plug the P1 and P4 power lead into the motherboard?), Is your PSU sufficient enough to run an 8800 series card? If you have a pentium 4 in there, i'm guessing NOT. Are you sure the monitor is using the DVI connection if that is the one you are plugged into?
You need to help us narrow it down more bud, haha.
