Well you'll be able to download the game on Monday, August 18th
(Source). I don't know when open beta will start but from what I've been reading up to now in the past 2 days on WHA, preview weekend is suppose to come before open beta. It would be like the head-start for open beta. I don't know if it's right or wrong doh but in my head it would make some sense.
