Sounds like a possible issue in your BIOS... Like others have been saying...go into the BIOS and make sure things are down-clocked. Check the FSB speed and your memory speeds in there as well. You might also want to try taking out one stick of memory and run things for a day or two..then the other stick. This is just to see if the memory is defective (memtest also finds this out). Just some things to try
