Easy? A subjective question like that is as hard as any. That is a very vague question. You're inferring that the fictional character who knows everything would be the most depressed, but there are countless fictional universes? So the question is, which fictional characters are omniscient?
The only truly omniscient being would be God, and that cannot be considered fictional.... that is a debate for a whole different thread. But a "false god" would be the closest thing to the description of a "fictional omniscient character". Only one that springs immediately to mind is the egyptian mythological diety Thoth, the closest thing to fictional omnisicience I can think of. We have to discuss your definition of the word "easy"?
