Ok. Question # 3 is asking what Guilds you have been in. Most of us have been playing MMORPG's since they first hit the market, and have played alot of them. So, we know alot of the bigger, more repected Guilds in most games. Also, seeing how many Guilds you've been in for experience, etc.
