Just finished book 7. I think it was my favorite out of the series so far. Rand needs to stop being such an arrogant little bitch :[

I don't think I agree. The arrogance is a shell because he never knows who he can trust. I think it's just a way to protect himself, and at the same time trying to ensure everyone knows who is in charge. If he appeared weak at any moment, his enemies would jump at the chance to attack.

Truth^ You'll find out later some other interesting stuff that will give you further insight into Rand, which will allow you to fully delve into his character better.

I just started book 5... I started book one less than 4 weeks ago... I'm kinda proud of my progress... Though, I never thought the Shadow Rising would ever end... Seriously... Week 1: All of book one, most of book two; Week 2: rest of book two and all of book 3; Shadow Rising took me two weeks... that book was too damn long... but great nonethelesss...

I'm not going to discuss this any further as I will not stop short of murdering anybody who ruins a single thing for me. All I have to say is: Elaida is a bitch and Liandrin must die!

So did he ever kill off (or remove) some of the main characters later on in the books? Or do characters get like 1-2 chapters per book? I noticed that was one of the issues I had, just too many characters.

there one book or two where it just semes where hes not it at all that rand i mean but i think book 10 is just more or less about matt and gewan
and book 9 is about prein more or less but book 11 was the dogs be cause it has some good reveltions in it at the end

what book are you on ?

He only really "killed off" one, and it's more complicated than that. I guess it's just personal taste, because that was one of the reaons I loved the books. I loved having multiple lead characters.
