Suburbantribe by John Lee is one of my favorit web comics.
s u b u r b a n t r i b e It's the only web comic that I ever bought anything from. Just some books, cuz I well I like his style, and just for the record I dont read comic books.

I used to read LFG, but it isn't as funny nowadays. More story oriented, with the occasional Richard joke thrown in.
I love Penny Arcade and Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and how could I forget 8 bit theater! Well since no one has linked it yet, here it is! 8 bit theater: Nuklear Power - Home of 8-bit Theatre Funny stuff right there.

The two I tend to check out regularly are:
Questionable Content: New comics every Monday through Friday Wondermark by David Malki ! - An Illustrated Jocularity. I'll have to take a look at the others to see if any of them are "bookmark-worthy". ![]()

XKCD starts out a little emo-ish, but later on becomes pretty funny with a lot of science and game comedy.
Dinosaur Comics is just a completely random comic featuring dinosaurs. It's also typically hilarious. Sam and Fuzzy is a story-based comic about a taxi driver and his little talking bear friend. It's hit a snag lately, in my opinion, but the early stuff is still gold. White Ninja Comics is exceedingly gross in the beginning, but that drops off by about the 20th comic and then becomes pretty good. Imagine Family Guy, but with a ninja, and then do everything in MS Paint. Shortpacked! is a comic about a bunch of people who work at a toy store. It focuses mostly on comic-book humor, and usually pulls it off well. Awkward Zombie is yet another video game comic. She focuses mostly on Super Smash Brothers, and it's only started pretty recently. Full Frontal Nerdity and Nodwick are both done by the same guy. Full Frontal Nerdity focuses mostly on 4 tabletop gamers, and Nodwick is about the life of a cohort/henchman in the D&D universe. And those are all the good ones i have. Enjoy.
