Well found this on the WoW forums, it was just too much win for me to handle:

"My FPS in WoW sucks I have a nVidia 4000 MX, with 1 gig of ram on windows XP 32 bit with no sound card. How can I raise my FPS?"

"Honest advice? Cram a poptart in your PCI slot.
It will probably run better than your video card"
