Hurricane Gustav

Last night around 2 is when we were heavily affected by Gustav (in Grand Cayman). No extensive damage island-wide. Just wondering if anyone is likely to be affected by Gustav as well. It's category three now, seems to be getting tougher.

Good to hear you're ok.

Seems like it's heading for the New Orleans area, but gotta see how he changes directions at the last moment, always happens, atm we're getting a lot of storms from it in FL, and there's 2 more hurricanes that seems to be making a bee line for FL in the Atlantic.

Last I heard they're expecting Gustav to be a 4 or 5 before it hits New Orleans...
My thoughts are with anyone who lives down there! Glad to hear you made it out alright, kas!

I am on the outer edge and hope to stay that way. Not necessarily sure it will hit NO, never believe a weather man when it comes to hurricanes. We ran from Rita and it didn't come close. Whomever this thing hits is gonna have a very bad week or so.....

lets hope they dont screw it up in new orleans again cause it looks like its gonna get hit soon again , poor souls , was watching the news and some woman only got the keys to her newly rebuilt house yesterday and now she has to leave again

Gustav is on it's way towards Louisana and closing in really quick.
My thoughts go out to those who are gonna brace the storm in their houses.

Last I saw (which was this morning) Heather is supposed to hit right around Georgia, and work its way up into Maryland/Pennsylvania by this weekend.
Not sure where you live... but I hope it doesn't hit you too badly!
