I think I am sick of AoC forum

I dunno why, I just dunno. Today, after weeks not logging in to the AoC forum, I decided to pop in and have a look. And after just 2 minutes, I suddenly realized that they have been talking about the same things, we had discussed months ago. I fear some how I have lost interest in AoC (too excited about a few up coming games)

Oh well, we will wait and see what happens.

It's true that ppl are talking about mostly the same things on the forums these days, but that's mostly bc its been a long time since the dev's have given anyone something new to talk about. You'll just have to be patient Fox, the forums will become active again once new information is presented.

The game's release is pretty far off still. This usually happens with fans waiting for games a long time before they are released. Burned out of the same ol'e information day in and day out. They'll be releasing more stuff eventually here.

I'm gonna go to the library, and get every bit of authentic conan lore made I can find, that's gonna peak my expectations, and will help me spend the time till release

Yep, I don't go there very much either. I am getting burnt out on the same old discussions and I have seen a couple of threads where people were getting upset about the game already. There are a lot of great ideas flying around there and someone either missreads a DEV or a "wouldn't it be cool if..." becomes a set in stone simply because everyone is talking about how great the idea is. Then when a DEV comes in and sets things straight after everyone is excited and worked up, it is a real let down. After seeing a couple of those, I thought I would just cut back to reading the official releases.

I've decreased my activity over at the AoC-boards simply because what y'all said earlier in this thread, the same conversations are taking place over and over. The wheel is turning without moving, and it will be so until new information is released by the Devs.

My guess is that we'll have to wait until E3 before we get some real new info =)

I check it once a week and briefly scan the forums. Nothing new, so I just pick the top discussion thread and throw in a quick reply to get our LoS link that on my SIG out there for others to see.
