I think that may be only traffic police, but I don't know. Besides, it may be confidential and they're not allowed to release it yet(to be used as evidence, perhaps?).

this guy dented a steel bar with about the diameter of a golfball with his head, visualy, he almost deserves respect for such a feet (not the violence part, just the sheer amount of force)
