I need an opinion or opinions

Ok as some of you know I work in the armored car industry. Now I am still relatively new to the company I work for, and every now and then I will work with a different partner for the day. Yesterday I worked with this guy who has been with the company for about 30 years. Now he is a nice guy and all but as we were driving he made some comments about certain females that kind of desturbed me. Every guy that drives a truck always says things like "whoa look at the jugs on her!!!" or "wow she is pretty fucking hot" or even "wow id love to fuck her!!!". All of that I understand and dont really mind, but this guy was saying it about girls who couldnt be more than 12-13 years old, and it really creeped me out. And on more than one occasion when im driving he will yell out "WAIT WAIT WAIT SLOW DOWN!!!!!" so Im on high alert thinking we are going to be attacked or something and this fucking guy says "wow look at that little hottie!!!"...................fucking girl looked like she was 14, and when I make a face like im not interested or say "eh....sure" he sits there and says "oh cmon man dont ruin my fun". Yesterday, as I was driving, this fucking idiot grabbed the steering wheel just so he could honk the horn at some girl........he did it three times, even after i asked him to stop because he could cause a serious accident, and im driving a 4 ton vehicle. And then when we made a stop at a hotel to pick up one of our larger payrolls (this particular hotel usually gives us bags ranging in between $500,000 -$3,000,000) and instead of looking around for suspicious activity and watching out for people with not so nice intent..........this guy is staring at a bunch of chicks on the far side of the parking lot.

Now I consider this guy to be a seriously dangerous liability and also considering the fact I have to trust this guy to have my back if god forbid we get attacked I wanted to ask you guys what you think i should do.....

1) Ask for a new partner and leave no reason behind it

2) Ask for a new partner and report his creepy and dangerous behavior

3) Leave it alone and deal with it (I am not a fan of this option)

2 definitely! That guy is a creep and honestly I'd love to see guys like that get exactly what they are asking for! From a female's standpoint, Report the pedofile!!!!

Option one would be my vote. That way you can get a new partner, and still stay on the good side of the rest of your fellow employees. If you ratted out a guy that has worked there for 30 years, every one will be saying "who the hell does this new guy think he is saying stuff like that about frank"

Yeah I agree.
And you definitely don't want to report his pedo-behavior without knowing that it's actually leading to something because that could bring down a whole lot of shit on his head.

just found out he is the owners brother and has had plenty of the same complaints against him......seems like the only thing i can do is just tell the owner i dont want to work with him anymore

4) Send me an email detailing your route and points of stop. I will hire a cracked team of mercenaries and we will jack the truck. After we have all the loot in our possession we will take your driver buddy to a warehouse and pistol whip him until he never wants to work for a security outfit again. You get cut in for 25% profit, and never have to deal with the pedo again.

Wouldn't make an official report about it since it's the owner's brother, but talk to the boss, make him understand that his brother is putting his business in danger and could get sued if something happens and even lose the company if not go to jail due to the delicate materials the company moves.

Your partner acting how he does and being 30 years in the company means that he doesn't care anymore, being the brother he's not scared of losing his job and honestly he needs a reality check.

the guy is just sad, his old partner told me he is 46 years old, lives with his mother, never had a girlfriend in his life, and only got his gun permit because their father was a captian of a police dept.
