With a world as gritty as Warhammer, I would be surprised if no vices existed that enabled stressed out denizens to relax a little.

Not to say that I support smoking; it would just be very common. Being infused with Chaos powers, it's like having a permanent IV-line in you.

Dwarfs smoke pipes, skaven casters eat warpstone, also used as a form of currency. Humans have a lot of drugs, main cheap one is called wyrdroot among other things. Elves just really have the cult of slannesh and all the stuff that goes with that.... as was said lets keep it teen. As for chaos, well the chaos wastes literally has particles of warpstone in the air, every breath taken is breathing in warpstone.

i believe there is smoking... but idont think anything can happen or effect you in any way it probably just for show

The diffrence between the two is that it was Blizzards Lore to begin with, they could do whatever they want with it. Mythic and EA have to run everything through Games Workshop before putting it into the game and they will keep the game true.
