Go into my mail, doing my usual check up........and for the fourth time this month i see the words "Beta Invitation"..........so naturally i get excited and stoked....

i open the email to see a beta invitation from some retarded kiddy game that some guy in his basement just created

FOUR TIMES.............i cant take this taunting

The forums seem to be suffering too since it seems like everyone whois in beta posts at least half as much as normal

Being one of the original 18 and not being in beta, makes me not want to even buy WAR. So don't worry about it.

I still can't believe how this guild got the shaft with the 18 slots, or the fact that it has not been rectified.

That is what everyone said about Elder Scrolls IV... that the forums would die after Oblivion released... but they actually exploded. After 5 min of playing people came back on to complain about the game.

Hopefully that wont happen here, but hype is a killer of games, and this game has more hype than I have ever seen.

I recall similar events that transpired during AoC's launch. Many forums were abuzz with speculation and debate; when beta was in full swing, there weren't that many discussions as before. As usual, when the game launched the forums were re-populated by a bunch of criticizers and whiners. :P

=( This I don't understand but I still think it is very weird that I got lucky and got accepted on Guild Beta day when I was one of the 18?
