Hmm, "Legion of Steel, our Diet and Nutrition would make Nurgle proud!"

4 Eggwhites + 1 Regular Egg Omelet, 1 slice of Rye Bread, Oatmeal (not instant crap) with a tiny bit of organic apply sauce (no added sugar), and a glass of Milk for Breakfast.

FibreOne + Cottage Cheese for morning snack.

Salmon, Salad, some carrots, and an Apple for Lunch.

Banana, Assorted Veggies, and Pasta with chicken for Pre-Workout Meal.

Lots of Lean Minced Turkey for after Workout Meal.

Didn't have a 6th meal today, to lazy, lol.

Great meal plan... I never get to the 6th meal myself when training, which I need to get myself back on heh.

I will note if your avoiding sugar that glass of milk has 20-25 grams of sugar in it (even non-fat). If that milk is warmed up in any way i.e. coffee or a latte, It will induce even more natural sugars in the milk. Go soy if that bit of sugar is not wanted in your diet.

Right now I'm eating 3 times a day with pretty much the same assortment of high protein, fiber and nutrition foods. I'm still eating alot of fat and bad sugars atm, which keeps me 10-15 lbs over weight. Good thing is I still stay very active, skating daily has kept my legs ripped and able to jump like the Hulk.

Eating good does wonders for the mind and body.

Yea, the milk does have sugar, but it is skim milk, so not nearly as much as you posted. Also, milk is great to have at the beginning of the day, helps give me a little boost since I'm not taking any protein shakes or power bars while cutting.

Yea, I feel much better when I'm eating right and working out regularly.

If I had to eat healthy I would die. Bad stuff tastes so good, but the good stuff tastes so bad. Why? WHY EVIL FOOD COMPANIES?!?!?

This is the biggest myth ever, yea sugary fatty foods taste great, but eating a good breakfast feels AND tastes great. Eating chicken and pasta is awesome, I swear I've said it to a billion people, but eating healthy tastes damn good, and I eat more food, haha.
