Warhammer Online, Leveling Tips Version 2

Sorry because I posted a little early, the thread got kinda cluttered so started a second one.

1. Complete a quest, port back. So many times I would figure on doing a round of quests only to get back and see that if I had turned one of them in they just overlapped, especially when it came to public quests. They give you a port that you can use as many times as you like for a reason. take advantage of that.

2. Always have a BG que up. You have nothing to lose by having a que up at all times, it is great for leveling renown and you will be at the exact same spot you were when you entered the que. Renown gear so far is the best gear I have seen, even topping out public quests when they overlap. and on that note

3. Get level 10/renown6 ASAP. That first set of renown gear will make everything a lot easier as the same stats you need for renown will really carryover for PVE.

4. Always have the kill enemy players/complete BG quests. Every time you enter a BG you will finish both of these and that is from 3-5k+ xp every time. In addition to the xp gained from smacking people in the face.

5. Enemies respawn fast. Dont sit in one spot slowly grinding your way thru. You need to keep moving and luckily your health regens fast for a reason. I was in a 5 min solid fight with my disciple because the enemies were re spawning as fast as I could kill them. Not the norm but still something to be aware of.

6. PQs are you friend. First time you complete any given PQ you get a couple thousand Xp just from being there. Also grinding a PQ gives you ridiculous experience. At one time I was with 2 sorcs and another disciple we grinded a mass spawning PQ for about 1 hour and everyone gained 1-2 levels.

This is all that comes to mind right now, if other people have other tips that would help a lot. This is all I got right now, let you know if I think of any other ones.

BG = Scenarios

Vid links up ASAP

Reading that made me question can you queue up for BGs in group to play with people you know or there's only a single queue option available?

Helpful hints, thanks for the time! I'll be sure to use/refer to this whenever I get in-game. (Yes McC, I'm willingly taking advice!)

Are you talking about the recall book you get at start up?

Mine was on a 1hr timer.

The book you use to get back to your Rally point has a 1 hour cooldown now since Preview weekend+. A lot of people learn it at their own risk. Cooldown of 15 minutes would have been fine by me but yeah I hate that 1hr cooldown makes the book almost not worth it anymore.
