Anyone use Squidoo?

Anyone use Squidoo? I guess you can make a bit of money from this, just not sure how much. Some people I know personally made a couple bucks here and there, and I guess.. the squidoo lenses (your sites) can be a fire-and-forget type of thing. Anyone use this? If so, you making anything?

Update.. one of my family member's basically made a "squid farm" and is making $60-100 per month extra, since most Squidoo sites are "fire and forget" it's basically free money rolling in with little work afterwords.

I'm testing this out, I'm not sure where the money goes... They don't ask for a paypal or your adress....

An extra 100 dollars would sure as hell make my college life easier. If something manifests I'll post back with the results.

Yeah it's really confusing, apparently you have to get "featured" and then you make money, but they don't tell you HOW to get featured

I took a quick look at it, and it almost seems like an advertising website.

@ Req - Is that how your family made extra money, advertising their squid farm? Or did they actually make money off the website?

I wonder if a lens that explains how to make a high quality lens, that lots of people will use, with extra hints & tips would make any money.
