Account login failure

ok guys im posting cuz im desperate and cant wait any longer:| so heres my problem..... I downloaded the open beta file from fileplanet, I made the master account and entered my open beta key and headstart key. But when i log into the ea mythic patcher it says Authennication failed please renter your login credentials, i thought my login game name was wrong but i checked and its correct.

Make sure you use your game account info, not the master account one, when you inputed the keys it should have asked you to set a new login and password for the game account.

could be because open beta is done and the only people who can play right now Pre Ordered the CE. If u didnt pre order CE youhave to wait until the 16th

thats what i thought it might be. My game name is same as my master account name so i know im not making any mistakes.

You have to wait until one of you're "features" is live. I got that too and thought it was strange because before PW I could log in get patched and stare at the "NO SERVERS FOUND" sign. I logged on today (the day SE HS starts) and it works.
