No it's not for each "class", it will be for each "archtype" (Soldier, Priest, Mage, Rogue). Remember, you don't chose your class until lvl 20, only archtype at lvl 5.

I am deeply in love with this game. The one thing I would like for them to change is Prestige Classes. Make them non-guild exclusive, but make it so you have better bonuses if you are in the guild.
