I think it is a pocket horse in a way. But i think its different from that of WoWs. Cause in WoW all you gotta do is right click your horse, wait until the bar charges up and then boom. Your on your horse.

But in AoC i guess you have to call it, and wait for it to come out. And then once its out, you can get on it. Or not if you choose. And then once you want it to despawn, again you have to give it time to do so.

But also it can be killed, unlike WoW mounts. So its not just an extension of your character. It is its own self! :P

I agree it's different from WoW, but IMO just because it takes longer to spawn, you don't spawn it mounted, and it's able to die, doesn't mean it's not a "pocket horse". Anyways, I like it better than WoW fantasy mounts.

As long as it's not an instant mount/instant dismount/back into inventory situation like WoW's, I'm fine with it. Stables might seem cool when you start the game, but give it a few weeks and you'll start to hate it.

I personally would love to see a large group of us mounted on horses (all black in black armor, with a red/black banner/standard would look fucking sick.) Given the chance I may start rolling around in the game like that. Who's with me?!
