It sound interesting and i wouldn't mind trying it out on like a demo trial or beta or something. how long has this game been out for though, at bottom is said planning for release in 2003 but the site makes it seem like the game isn't out yet.

Ya i have to agree with you on that one drv, darkfall doesn't look like a wow clone at all first of all and that entire rant doesn't even make any sense.

Darkfall is the EXACT opposite of WoW.

Currently they are accepting Clan beta applications, which means clans (guilds) as a whole can apply for beta. They are only allowing 12 members of each clan in though right now...over time they will increase the limit.

If your interested in beta testing Darkfall Online, go to the website and get a forum account. Then write down your forum name and email here to be included in the guild beta.

There are currently some slots remaining for the "Primary Group" in which they will pick from first. The "Extra Group" is unlimited in number, but they pick from this group second.
