That's one thing that caught my attention. Think the 'bloom' effect helped it out a bit. Wonder if they have any movies of it. I saw a movie link before.. but wouldn't let me DL it.

Funny thing... I don't like it too much. I mean, the graphics are nice but... they are WAY out of control with that bloom effect. Like they are trying to be a Guild Wars clone or something. Bloom is getting overused these days. Also the world, if you look behind the nice character models... looks very barren. It's a nice world but not filled with much content it looked like. It reminds me of earlier MMORPGs where there were vast expanses of plain with a few trees and a village every now and then. I mean, there's some nice landscape there but... it has that barren feel to it.

I have to agree with Torr here... if you have a second look at theese screenshots one and two you will see that the landscape is actully quite "empty".

...it does look rather "easy on the eyes" with all that glow (bloom effect) going on tho. Probably the exact opposite from what we will see in AoC.

edit: are the screenshots from 2004_12_7? thats what the URL says

Thats true though, the bloom effect is used a bit "too much". Probably a way to lower it though if you wanted.

the graphic is ok, i think, not as good as guild wars though. And the combat is a tab plain compare to guild wars.

I am not quite excited about this game, hmm looks like I will be playing Elder Scroll IV for the rest of the year

well, the graphics themselves just look preatty and cute should I say, really kudos to the devs, even tho I don't like shiny graphics much, they have done a great job for their theme I suppose.

this game is based on is what I have been waiting for in a mmorpg. Its basicly a Fantacy EVE Online! Now dont think that i'm not still anxsiously awaiting for AoC, I still am... very much so

Just want to see what your guys views are...
