Did any of you guys try shipping goods from one region to the other, where in the region where your buying.. you buy very low (instant, not putting yourself on the buyers list), and then sell to buyers in another region for a chunk of instant cash?

yeah ive done it b4 buying about 1 bil worht of t2 and moving them to conquerable stations it works well enough but alot of time and effort required

if ur gonna do this best to buy from jita and set sell orders in the border 0.0 stations can make alot of money if u dont mind hauling

You have to bear in mind alot of peeps already do this but its a weasy way to make money and it costs nothing to move an alt to the station ur gonna sell at to monitor prices

ammo drones always sell well mods change with fotm set ups but repper boosters hardenors always in demand aswell as nano fits

That's where I've been buying my goods, although it's not always the best prices.. sometimes the prices go up and down pretty fast, so you have to be careful. I also have an alt at the station, just use him to see what the prices are.. then put them into my spreadsheet and compare and contrast what's being sold and bought at other regions.

Why is moving them to conquerable stations a good plan? Is it because people lose shit left and right and have to re-buy?

the conquerables are if ur safe ina alliance its a perk and when ur carrier jumping 4 jumps from emp in deep 0.0 it will sell

u need to be aiming at selling on the trade hubs that border 0.0 space i.e konora, agil also a good market in hek also but alot of pirates there

I think I'll wait until I have a nice cushion of money incase I'm ever raided by pirates it won't totally kill my income. I'll probably stick to high to mid security for the time being.

On another note, is there a ship that can haul a lot of cargo but it's still fast?

Just updating all the names. 22 hours till i get into my maller (great tank from what i hear can tank sentries even n its a cruiser only :O ). That is assuming paypal transfers the money, my bank has been debited but so far the money hasnt shown up in paypal ><. Does anyone know whether or not your trial account gets updated to full the isntant you set a subscription or buy 3 months or something like that?

i moved to the new drone regions when sa collapsed just recently moved back to stain space in jan 08 to fly with my friends in collective
had some very nice battles with them so far but kinda use to being outnumbered or out blobbed in most fights but sumtimes thats the only peeps will fight

a good 0.0 fleet fight is fun and pure adrenline but the time it takes to set up can be a pain waited 4-5 hours for a gang to jump in and fight us they had us outnumber 3-1 b we killed 29-0 on the gate and killed another 15 on the re warp was one of the best fights ive been in they did break into the system i think i played all night that night we ended up doing lfy bys sniping bs off the conq station just 13 of us witha few cloakers setting warp in points aplha striking sum1 tha was nt alligned properly or at 0 speed hit n run to full effect

that video is talking about the northern campaign of the GBC (greater Bob community) against d2 (dusk to dawn). One of bobs main allies Mc (mercenary coalition) led the assault. Mc no longer exist primarily because they turned on bob and got royally raped by bob and friends because of it. Lot of history in that game. To much to explain here :P O also they mentioned AAA and Iac. Well they were friends but recently AAA declared war on Iac. Didn't watch much of the video because I think I have seen it and if I remember right it was made by someone in goonswarm. when it mentions tortuga it is talking about the "alliance" between several different corps/alliances. This was after MC turned on bob. This is no longer in existent and neither is Mc

mc and ex triumvirite members made an alliance called requiem. ex mc members brought 3 titans with them plus whatever ex trium members have. lots going on in eve right now. goons and company are taking alot of space.
