But then what happens when one of those members suddenly says, "erm, can you take me off the list please?", that kinda gives it away!

I know you're not meant to say if you're in, but cant you post in the private forums? Who would know unless some blabbermouth leaked the conversation on the public forums? How do they moderate that? Cause you know some guilds do that?

So for the AoC beta you can't even say that you are involved? I know for the WAR beta you can say whether you are in or not and that doesn't violate the NDA..
