Things you need to know:
One application per guild. This application should be filled out by the guild leader. Guilds with more than one leader must choose one person to act as the point of contact between the guild and EA Mythic, or the guild and GOA, depending on the assigned server. Multiple entries will be deleted.

Every field on this form must be filled out. Any blank sections will result in the application being deleted. There are no "wrong" answers. Please answer with your guild as a whole in mind.

This is a beta test, not a preview. Participating guilds are expected to submit bugs, and feedback reports are due on a weekly basis. Two officers from each guild will be invited to join an internal message board, and participation in message board discussions will be mandatory. Please do not apply if you will be unable to participate at this level. Should a selected guild not submit the required feedback, the guild will be removed.

The Guild Beta is being jointly administered by EA Mythic and GOA. European guilds will play on GOA servers, and as foreign language servers are opened, guilds speaking those languages will be transferred.

The agreement of an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is required of all participants. Testers must be 18 and over. All participants must abide by a code of conduct. Should an individual violate this code, the guild to which that player belongs will be removed from the beta test.

All participants MUST have a sense of humor! This is a beta test! Things will go wrong, data will be lost, and restarts will be common. If you can't laugh, go away.

Q: Where is the guild beta!!

A: (LINK - to come later.) Please, for the love of WAAAGH!, people, read the directions carefully. The last time I did one of these betas, I had many sad guild masters sending me email, saying that their enthusiastic guild members jumped the gun and filled out the form. But the form says, one officer (and one officer alone) should submit an application. (The reasons for this are pretty simple. First, coordinating feedback for the tens of thousands of players represented by the guild leaders is a big job, and Richard and I need to work with one point of contact. And it really helps a beta if the participants are willing to follow directions. Finally, part of the guild beta is understanding that ONE member really can screw it up for the whole guild.)

There will be thousands of guilds who follow the directions, and only a tiny fraction of them will be part of this historic beta test. We hope to see YOU in that group.

Well the moment you've all been waiting for. I are excited to announce the opening of the Warhammer Online Guild Beta Application page! Are you passionate? Are you ready for WAR? Are you prepared to play in a version of the Warhammer world that needs your help to be the best that it can be? Then talk amongst yourselves, choose your leaders, and wish them the best as they fill out your guild's application by the May 4th deadline. Mythic will post the chosen guilds in the June newsletter. Filling out this application does not guarantee a spot in the beta. Instead, Mythic is going to use the applications to choose a wide range of guilds. From the biggest armies to the closest clans, from the all-night raiders to the once-a-weekers, Mythic is looking for the most passionate guilds on the internet to help us test and refine WAR.

yeah... err... you know it's "what they don't know how to do, they can't do it". At the very least I would like to suggest taking down the first link that leads to the app page.
