WoW next expansion info

I know that alot of people dont like WoW here but I was a big fan back in the day and I thought some people might be interested to read this:

I think they're going to release some official information in the coming week now that spoilers are out.

Hmmmm seems like there starting to do the EverQuest thing now. How many expansions can we pump out?!?.
i'm glad quite WoW before the 1st expansion.

Blizzard seems hell bent on making expasion after exspansion and this one will mostly be just as bad for my shadow priest talents. Good then I stopped playing.

Eh, good thing I was going to quit WoW soon anyway(WAR ftw!) because this is getting ridiculous.

I think Blizzard is getting scared because all these MMO's are on the horizon, and Guildwars is coming out with a new expansion. Maybe they know that they need something the fans have been begging for(at least on the pally forums) since the game came out? Death Knights might just be what WoW needs to get a bigger fanbase and keep older fans interested.

I play Warcraft myself and really enjoy the expansion (which took forever to be released). Blizzard had stated they wanted to do an expansion yearly and content is the most important feature of an MMO as far as retaining your playerbase. I hope the expansion is a good one, WAR or not I will most likely keep playing WoW as long as they keep delivering the content.

I think you hit it on the head Speedy. Till know most of the new mmos that have come out as "wow killers" have either been bad to complete crap to me. But now with this new batch of games it looks like WOW as same real competiters coming down the pipeline. Also be mindful my mmo's experience is very limited.

P.S Speedy did you get your name from the the DC character Roy Haper? Just wondering.

I would be playing WoW right now probably if they didn't make it so you couldn't earn XP in BG's. It's one of the big reasons why I restarted last time. I was going to get to level 10, and then just BG until 60 lol. Sure that would have taken a long time, and sure It's pretty much a deathwish being 10 in a BG (and other low levels in BG tiers) but I would have done it.

Did they ever change it back to where you can earn XP in BG's? Or is it still just purely item based?
