ok...this game is really cool...each stage isnt the most spectacular thing but the whole cohesive game is amazing...its definately the most well fleshed and thought out idea from maxis since the original "The Sims"

been playing spore for a few days now and i got to say its one of the best games iv'e played in years. everything up to the space age is fantastic when you get to the space age , the game becomes massive thousands if not millions of planets by the look of the galaxy the alliances for more ships arent to hard to get and the battles are good and love the terraforming. so far i have 132 planets under my control and now i got my max ships im gonna start galactic war and take over everyone hehe

I started to play it the other day and it really had a slow start, and I am now in a tribe! It is pretty damn awesome, I am not sure on how to ally with other tribes so I just kill them all.

Well evolution isn't easy nor fast, in the bacteria stage I kept getting my butt kicked by some big one with spines all over them lol, I'm up on land now, trying to find new parts and making allies, tho some nests are just plain aggressive.

Slowly getting there, but fun none the less.

Hey Mccool I've never played Spore before but try doing to talk command or the call command where the ripples of sound come out of them maybe they do it back.

What you do is select a creature from another tribe, make sure you have your green bars on and not the red, then click on them again, they will do something, dance, sing, charm or the other one, and you gotta match it, at first you need only 3 types, when t he tribe migrates you'll need 4, which you get from discovering parts.

I thought this game was terrible. The further you get, the worse it is. Really, the space section of the game is remarkably horrible. And it hardly takes any time to get there either.

yeah well when your in the tribe stage you cannot do that. So I am lost. I just ended up killing them. I like finding user created creatures because they actually put them in the game. Like I had to kill a bunch of fly spaghetti monsters.
