Legend of Ares
I'm gonna check this one out.
http://legendofares.netgame.com/ It's free, low hardware requirements and looks like it's pretty decent (for a free, low-spec game). Downloading it now. Will post my in-game name later on today.

Game is pretty decent considering that it requires only 128 MB of RAM to run and is in open beta.
I'll be playing this till I get my hands on AoC. Afterall it's free. ![]() Despite the fact that it has some... "weird" issues (Hagios knows what I am talking about ) the game didn't crash on me even once. The game is also completely skill based, no need to worry about stats. If any of you feel like giving it a try, this is where I am at: Server: Poseidon Faction: Alliance Character: Radaman (fire priest) P.S.: TB, can you move this thread to the MMORPG forum please? Posted on wrong forum again... ![]()

Got to level 23, but I still can't figure out how to actually enchant my items.
I have several scrolls and stones, but can't actually make it happen.

FYI the scrolls of destruction/protection are nice and drop fairly often from the Cyclones. You put those into your toolbar and fire them off like a special, your inventory will open up and you can click on the item you wish to buff. Don't go over +3 though! You might loose your item! I think I am level 29 now, not a bad game, but things are pretty much leveling out though, getting hard to find a really good grind area with good drops. The only place I can find is a PvP dungeon and after getting load ganked a few times as soon as you go in, well... it is a big turn off.

Yeah the scrolls of protection/destruction are nice. I have only found +1 scrolls so far, I believe there are +2 or better. Even though you might lose the item when trying to upgrade it, you can "resurrect it" afterwards at a certain npc.
Healing in the game is useless, imo... you have like a 1 sec cooldown on potions AND the healing spell is weak. So now I am focusing on fire spells. I am still level 18 though... busy week... I'll catch up on the leveling tomorrow and maybe we can meet ingame during the weekend.
