The information about the magus is great news... I may have to switch from my herder

. Magus' will have "turret equivalents" which was why I wanted to play engineer so badly, but to our benefit, we'll have them too!

This actually reinforces my decision of switching from Zealot to Magus. I really, really enjoy classes that can have pets, summons, turrets, etc. acting independently from the caster.

They had some useful information, but it seemed like they really skimmed over a lot or just repeated what we already know. Perhaps I'm being too negative. Still, great find!

It definitely is a rehash but it makes Magus more appealing I think. Giving up the squig herder will be hard, over a year I've decided to stick with them or at least considered them.

The daemon summoning info definitely bumped my desire to be a magus, and it's been a constant battle between Zealot or Magus for me. Zealot because I love being in the midst of melee combat, but I also have a desire to have more utility and ultimately more a support role. Magus for the ridiculously powerful magic wielder inside. I'd consider sorceress more if it weren't for the fact that I'd put the restriction of playing a female (I care about fluff XP) on myself. Oh well.

At the moment, I just don't like the lack of information on lots of the classes. Several classes have been beaten to death (relatively speaking) with tons of info. I know things get released progressively and over time and whatnot, but still. :P This all ties in to how I'm happy about new info about the Magus (about time).
