Favorite WoW dungeon Instance
Just wondering what was your favorite instance in WoW
For me ShadowFang Keep was the first instance dungeon i even run. It is still pretty much my favorite one of them all. KZ reminds of SFK in a way, treading through a castle/keep instance. |

um...I'm not really sure to be honest. I was a big fan of Zul Gurub and 20 man Bug Dungeon (I have no idea how to spell that). Karazhan was fun. I really liked the smaller man raids as the battles could be more intricate with more things to do.

My overall favorite has to be Bot. Something about the coloring and all the plants in that glowy mana forge place. And the last room with the tree boss guy and the forest in there is just cool imo. My other favorites are the old 15 man UBRS, and ZG. The 15 man UBRS was so easy but its was fun just cause of the zerg fest. For some reason i like ZG better than ZA.

Gnomeregan was my favorite small-team instance. It was huge to me at first. And I loved all the crazy stuff in there. It was also the instance where I had my first complete whipe, so for some odd reason it makes me even more fond of it. I also enjoyed Mechanaar because I could enslave demons and those guys were amazing.
For a medium-team instance, I would have to say Stratholme when it was 10-man. It was the first instance I ran with more than one full party. I loved the dynamics have having more than one group. And striking back at the Scourge at what could considered a capital of theirs truly gave me a sense of pride. I also enjoyed Zul'Gurrub (spelling?) because I researched many of the strategies for taking down bosses, which gave me the opportunity to lead some raids and get my feet wet in that position. As for a large-team instance, I absolutely, hands down, loved Molten Core and Onyxia. Back when they were the "end" of the game, it was totally epic feeling. I felt so invulnerable because there was no way we could whipe with forty people. Of course, I was wrong.

Naxx for sure, probably the best designed instance Blizzard has made to date. Not only were the encounters VERY challenging, but they were made well, and were interesting.
Second favourite is Deadmines, nothing beats a huge goonies tribute instance, haha :P

Sleep? Remind me what that is again.

MC was the most epic instance there was. Even though I was excited to go to post-MC dungeons, they just never captured the feeling of the giant sized mobs and the boss fights.
I actually really liked Dire Maul west. I must've done the warlock epic mount about 5 times and it was always so magical. It was such a buzz to see myself and the other locks running around on their mounts after the pain in the arse it was to get.

The instance where I uninstalled It from my computer ! :P
I feel so left out in this thread ;; could it be favorite dungeon instance...ever? I would say FFXI - Chains of Promathia mission where you fight on the airship vs Ultima and Omega. Very difficult, very fun, and my group beat it on first attempt. Dynamis - Sandoria would be a close 2nd. |

Hmmm...
Scarlet Monastery - I liked the layout. Simple, yet fun. Gnomer - This one had a lot of style imo. Shadowfang Keep - Just because.... ![]() MC - Because it seemed "epic" imo. I haven't done the new ones in TBC, although I do have a couple level 70's (rogue/priest). I just mainly pvp'd in my spare time. In the old EQ... places like Runnyeye and Highhold Keep give me fond memories.. just remember to stay clear of the trains. ![]()
