Most Hated WoW Instance Dungeon/Raid - Page 5

Omg scholomance by far. It is updated now, but way back in the day a 5 man could take 5 hours, no fooling!

Surprised so many people hate Maraudon, it was cool for druids, at 50 you could stealth in and exploit the queen by outrunning her and using moonfire DoT's solo for phat lootz. Took longer to reset it than to down the fat hag.

My guild I was in on my rogue was pretty much you must get this and this before you can do this and this with us, and the server I was on, you couldn't pug anything higher then normal runs.
So, 6 months of work, no drop, and no assistance from the guild, the idea of slabs, sethekk, and my rogue all make bile rise in my throat.

Wailing Caverns

Yeah, the lowbie instance in the barrens that's the equivalent of dead mines. I ran through that stupid place over and over on multiple horde characters hoping for the ring from the murloc at the end. I rarely saw it, and when I did I lost the roll every stinking time. Not to mention all the countless whipes because you're dealing with newbs and that instance is so much more difficult and longer than dead mines.

Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair

Yes, this was also one of my favorites because it was "epic" at the beginning of WoW. It was soon placed on farm mode though and I couldn't stand running it over and over and over. Onyxia's Lair wasn't enough to take the edge off either because they were both so easy. When BWL came out it made it more tolerable because there were three instances to farm, but still mind-numbingly dull.

Karazhan

This was my first and last raid instance. I literally ran through the place once and never raided again. I was burnt out from all the pre-TBC raiding.

Its a close race between Gnomer and Sunken Temple, both were long and confusing with very little reward at the end.

Haha I forgot about Gnomer, had to tank that once as a Druid, that whole instance is a nightmare.

Gnomer ftl, the only thing I remember about that instance is the shortcut to the boss with meteor shard is super easy, walk in, fall down, leave group for the auto hearth, repeat.

I never figured my way to the boss, I just wander around and keep falling down hallways till I see a huge hallway to the last boss.

gnomer followed by mount hellhole as i call it that last guy should just die in fire god he was annoying talk about one hit kills. i think we got him down to 3% but for some magical reason the healer was like ummmmmmmmm word of pain oh my god OOM!!!!! i was killed follow by my brother follow by everyone eles. puging isnt easy but hey i made it and died at the front but at least i when out witha big bang.

1.BFD- its a pointless instance, you get nothing from it "loot" "good story"

2.Gnomeregan- seems to me like BFD , its also pointless but it has more Story than BFD

3.Caverns of time - Dark Portal , i did this so much and after some time
the love went over to hate :P

meteor shard is from the last boss of SFK =)
