Nah, any stuff you witness or hear at games day should be under public info. So far, mods has yet to call on him.

Rather have all LoS members stick to the "There's a beta and I'm in it" statement, because even if you believe to not be breaching, you could be, could cost you your beta and the guild theirs.

Also, i was cracking up when he opened the character screen and the character was sideways.
