Wow, is all I can say about how fluid and seemless the special effects were. Overall it was a pretty kick-ass action movie. I just felt that a few scene's were silly and could've been done a different way.

I finally got to see this movie and was not disappointed.

Yea me and the wife and a buddy went and saw it, it was sweeet, but a few of the scenes were def. not for little kids, there were like 7-8 year olds going, TRANSFORMERS!! till they started ripping eachother apart!

I agree.. they could've played the theme music.. you know.. at least ONCE.. especially in place of the crappy shit they played through the credits...

but anyhoo...

the transformations made me drool just a little bit... just.. a...

ok i was giddy the whole movie about how much work that must've taken.. the graphic designer in me was itching to play with the programs they used hehehe

I agree with that. The scene where Sam is looking for the glasses while the Autobots were waiting outside was particularly cheesy IMO. But otherwise the battles and effects were really cool. The transformations were really neat. One thing I was disappointed about was seeing Bonecrusher and thinking they might throw in the other Constructicons and Devastator, but no dice.

But overall, it was very entertaining and a lot of fun. I'll definitely be buying the DVD when it comes out.

Thought it looked kinda dumb also would have been better if he just had that guard over it the whole time
