I can't wait to see this move crash and burn. It looks like a kids movie, acts like a kid's movie...

Honestly, they seem to be trying to capitalize on the great success of the Clone Wars TV series that aired on Cartoon Network. You will notice that the art style is similar, but I have major issues with the graphical crossover. What we have here looks more like a cheap new Star Wars video game that you get to watch rather than play.

Now, don't get me wrong. I loved the Star Wars movies (though like most fans I have issues with Episodes 2 & 3). But... It's kind of like Final Fantasy. It had its day in the sun. Let it die in peace.

Despite the franchise's glaring shortcomings, I'm still going to see this film. Why? Because I am a slobbering Star Wars fan, and any new canonical film that is released by Lucas has to be seen by me.

I loved the cartoon series, got to see actual battles/war stuff so ill prolly see this. But my expectations aren't too high. I was really hoping for a higher quality CG work, guess not : /
