i would'nt class that as techno, modern funk or sumthing but not techno.
but im comparing it to the not quite so legal gatherings i attended when i was alot younger.

If it was illeagal or my parents didnt like it i pretty much did it.

problem was i had to much disposable income when i was in my late teens early 20's
