Offspings new album

Got an advance copy.
Make me long for the days of their 1st 3 maybe 4 albums. Starts off well but goes downhill

1- good opening tune
2 - Reminds me of the old school harder Offspring, Best song on album
3 - Odd, but catchy
4 - hard rocking beat
5 - Tame but catchy
6 - Average offspring rock tune
7 - lame, ballad type garbage
8- Doesnt even sound like them except the sound of his voice
9 - Average
10- Ballad lameness
11- sound like sum 41 type crap
12- average
13 bonus - very catchy....2nd best toon

Im a huge Offspring fan and have been since Ignition album. Last 2 albums have disappointed me greatly. This ne gets a 6.5/10 from me. More good tunes then bad but still not one I'd buy...its a downloader IMO.

Smash is still my favorite album by far but I was going to give Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace a chance even though I wasn't too hot about Splinter. Oh well, guess another disappointment.

Did not know they were coming back with another album.
I'd be amazed if they managed to make another CD that stacked up with Smash or Americana though, so this doesn't surprise me. Splinter was waaayyy too slow for me.
