There are only about 6 different orange weapons in the game, this one just happens to come from the hardest boss in the game only a few hundred guilds have killed him, there is no better weapon for a hunter, and they save a shitload of gold from the perks it has.

A) they never run out of arrows mid-raid
B) they dont have to use an ammo bag (they can if they want 4% more speed)
C) arrows cost a lot (but the arrows it fire maybe lower than the highest dps arrows available?)

The arrows it fires dont have anything on the weapon damage because it was already insanely high they already added the arrows and weapon damage together.
