Dark Age of Camelot Servers

I just bought Dark Age of Camelot online (should be here in the next week), so I was wondering, when it gets here... can we start up some new characters, and get them geared out? That way, everyone is starting off fresh.

me and a few others started up on Lancelot Albion, I didnt want to go to servers where I had hook ups on, wanted to start new instead of get hooked up right off the start. Just the way I wanted to do it tho

I also just got the game, and am going to give it try. Any suggestions on server and race or country what not?

hmm, depends on what you like bro.

Albion is the human way to go, Merc's dominate the melee aspect for albion. Infiltrators are the best stealth class out of all the realms imo. And Theurgists are pretty bad ass casters for sure. And they have the power leveling gold farming Necromancers, I wouldnt recommend them for pvp tho.

Hibernia is the nature way to go, they have Champions, which are crazy good at melee, huge 2 handed weps if you want, slaughters people. They also have animists, which are cheap bastards for sure, but they can mess stuff up, they are casters, but instead of casting directly on someone they set up plants and shit to mess people up, AWESOME for keep defence. I have seen 2 animists and a Cleric (mordred) defend a keep from a 25 man raid... was insane. And what else... hmm, I havent played in awhile, but they have another sweet caster, think its called an elementalist? maybe... I forget, but they have a pet that they send in, and then you run in and do a ton of area effect magic to them.

Midgard The mountain way to go, skalds are bad assssss. They have speed, run around really fast and take people off guard. They melee quite well, and they some sweet spells with no casting time. Like insta mez, insta direct damages. These guys are really good and with skill can be one of the best classes. Midgard also has Bonedancers... the cheap bastard of midgard for sure, has 3 bone pets following him, one of them is a healer so in battle it auto heals you. This geared out bonedancer on mordred was nearly unkillable. They also have runemasters, I have seen runemasters be extremely successfull, some dude sold his runemaster for 5 grand on ebay, he was pretty crazy. But they have really long range spells that do tons of damage. Just blasts the hell outs stuff.

Hope that helps, there are tons of other good classes all depending on how you play them and spec them, those were just off the top of my head.

actually bonedancer gets 4 pets at lvl 50
