So yea I rented this game on monday and beat it just today early morning. I played roughly 40 hrs worth. I didnt do all the side quests but i did get the last piece of armor.. magic armor. Man was that a pain in the ass to get... and not only that i didnt end up using it. :P But the game was kick ass, i loved the mounted fighting, especially at the end. Overall i give this game 4 stars.

I've contemplated getting the Wii for this game, but I don't know if it would be worth getting a whole system for a game at the moment. I don't think I saw any other Wii games that are out right now that I would want to get.

i have this game for the Wii, its pretty fun, especially fishing.

Yea pretty much this game is the only reason i bought the wii, but i play the sports games with friends and its a riot, especially when you liqoured up. You do realized the price wont go down until probably 2 years and it wont go down that much. And there are games that will come out that will interest you. Any star wars game i will most definitely buy. Only down fall about the wii are the controllers, the batteries. I went through 6 AA batteries in the time it took me to beat zelda. My advice for that is buy rechargable batteries.

it's pretty funny and interesting to read some of the replies here because they echo my own thoughts. i don't want a Wii, yet i do want a Wii - for Zelda. it looks like such an amazing game and the word of mouth/reviews have been spectacular. but would you really be willing to spend $300 to play a game? that's pretty impressive that Nintendo has people even thinking about it.

i loved the 64 did not like the game cube to much but with the WII new game play system i am really looking froward to trying it my self its good to know that the game turned out so good i look froward to getting it two soon

i got the wii for the fact i love zelda, and i can get all the old nintendo games on it, i thought that was cool cuz my bro owned the older consoles and wouldnt let me play them lol
