Need help with Steam

my steam for CSS wont start up it runs in the background but will not load up ive tried everything..anyone have any ideas on how i can fix it??

smoke some pot, and then reinstall.

are the updates done ? well, try to play other steam game if it doesnt work reinstall steam and if it still doesnt work, format ! :P
