I posted this a few months ago, but noone was really interested back then.
But we have a bunch of new faces so i'll repost this.

Its a free to play game. Its sort of an MMOrpg. Only not so massive anymore.
The main game server was hacked into, and basically destroyed by one of its own players. (Someone who got banned for duplicating items)

But one of its old subscribers has opened up his own server. Its called
"Redmoon Classic" Its basically meant to be just like the old Diosa server. Diosa was the original server.
Everything is pretty much the same, the exp rate is normal and all that. And the top players from the original server have relocated themselves here.
The games actually updated past the original official server. Its now called Redmoon 5, which features new skills when you reach the required level.
And they have even fixed the bug that the original server had. Like skills not working correctly.

And for my quick overview of the game. (nah its not gonna be quick)
-Its 2D, so running it on any computer shouldnt really be to much trouble.
-Im not gonna lie, it is a total grind fest of a game. I know that prolly turned away half the people who bothered to read this.
-The maxiumum level is 1000, upon reaching 1000 your character gets a mark above his/her head, and your defence and attack is greatly increased. But dont think there are a million level 1000's running around, because theres only about 20+ or so. Most people will stop leveling around 900, because it gets extremly tedious after that, will prolly take you all day just to get a few levels, and it gets harder and harder as you make your way toward 1000. And if you die, you can lose up to half of your exp... Not to mention you can drop your items.

- Ok so there are 9 different character to choose from.
Destino, Sadad, Jarexx, Azlar, Philar, Canon <--- males
Lavita, Kitara, Lunarena <--- females
There isnt much character customization, other then changing your hair and cloth color. But you can always change that too in game, from the "Dye" lady.

One of the best features of the game, is that you can customize your stats.
Upon leveling, you'll recieve 2 bonus points, and every 100 levels you recieve 3.

There are 4 stats. Strength, Spirit, Dexterity, Power.

-Strength Increases physical dmg, as well as increaes your weight limit (amount of items you can carry)
-Spirit Increases your Psychic dmg (Azlar, Philar, Kitara use psychic skills)
-Dexterity Increases Your Accuracy, Evasion, and increases dmg with bows, it also increases dmg of Destino's skills but not as much as strength.
-Power Increases your hit points

Now when you add your bonus points to one of the stats, it goes up by a certain amount. The amount depends on the character. For example

Adding 1 bonus point to Dexterity will increase dex by
-Destino 14
-Sadad 10
-Azlar 8
-Canon 12
-Lavita 20
-Philar 8
-Jarexx 8
-Kitara 8
-Lunarena 12

While Adding 1 bonus point to power will increase pow by
-Destino 10
-Sadad 14
-Azlar 12
-Canon 12
-Lavita 10
-Philar 10
-Jarexx 15
-Kitara 12
-Lunarena 12

Adding 1 bonus point to spirit will increase spr by
-Destino 10
-Sadad 8
-Azlar 18
-Canon 10
-Lavita 8
-Philar 20
-Jarexx 8
-Kitara 16?
-Lunarena 12

Adding 1 bonus point to Strength will increase str by
-Destino 14
-Sadad 15
-Azlar 8
-Canon 14
-Lavita 10
-Philar 8

-Lunarena 12

well these arent exact but they are pretty close...

Anyway, as you level up your stats, they become more and more potent.

For instance having 3500 power versus 4500 power... 4500 power is about 3x as much hp as 3500 power. So pumping 1 stat really increases its effectivness.

Anyway, next thing i'll talk about is pvp.
The only place you can really pvp is during Wars, or in the battle arena.
The battle arena is just a little room where people gather to fight and stuff. Usually its more active at night time. And wars, are when one army declares war on another, in order to take their army hall. Armies are basically guilds.

Now you can kill someone anywhere.. But if you kill someone outside of the BA, or while not in war, you will get a PK tag. Which highlights your name in Black and White. And it lasts for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how often you pk.... The more you PK, the longer it lasts... And once you have a PK tag, you cant attack anyone until its gone.. But people can kill you without getting a tag themselves... So its really not something you want to do. (Its discouraged, because people will lose exp and drop items when they are killed)

Now if someone attacks you, you can legally retalliate against them for like 5 minutes... Meaning you can kill them if they attacked you, and u wont get a tag.. But once 5 minutes is up, your legal retalliation is over...

Ok so you may think, you'll just PK someone and then hide until your tags gone..
But at level 500 Blue sadads get this little skill, which lets them type in your name, and they can teleport themselves right to you.

Your probably thinking "whats a blue sadad?"
Anyway, in Redmoon, you get skills every certain amount of levels.. Which level depends on your char...
Destinos get a skill at lvl 1, 10, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800.
The skill you get depends on weather you are blue or red. You kill monsters with a red name, and you will turn blue. You kill monsters with a blue name, you will turn Red. Its just a way of seperating skills.

200 skill for red destino is Horror, which doesnt do anything unless you have enough spirit... Which you wont...
200 skill for blue destino is pychokineses which lets you pick up items from a distance.. (Normally you have to stand ontop of an item to pick it up) But you cant pick up an item if someone is standing over it, or if they are dead over it.
300 skill for red destino is Illusion Blade, which is a strong physical attack skill
300 skill for blue destino is hide, which lets you turn into a shadow, and monsters wont attack you. But you cant attack them either.. But its still usefull. (Your party members can kill while you just follow them around safe and sound)
Anyway thats how the skills work in the game. And you can change your color anytime you want, although it will take some time. See as you kill red or blue monsters, your "Honor" will either increase your decrease. Honor is just a word. If you kill a light blue names monster, your honor will increase by 1
If you kill a light red named monster, your honor will decrease by 1
If you kill a Dark blue named monster your honor will increase by 9
If you kill a Dark red named monster your honor will decrease by 9

So you see you can change your honor by killing the opposite of what you have been killing. The maximum is 1000 honor or -1000 honor. (Yeah it'll take a while to go from 1000 to -1000)

The last thing i'll mention is the party system, which is pretty simple. The maximum members you can have in a party is 5. You actually gain more exp with more people in the party.. Well if you have a full party you do...
For example:

Alone you gain 100% exp
2 man party you gain 80%
3 man you gain 90%
4 man you gain 100%
5 man you gain 110%
And exp doesnt get split, you each get the full 110% if your in a full party.

So a mob that gives 100,000 exp will give 110,000 to each person in a full party.

OK thats pretty much it, if anyone has any questions, about the game just ask. Or just download the game, make an account and give it a try..
I been playing it for 7 years, and there are a few people on here who have been playing it longer then that.. So obviously theres something to this game :P

Oh forgot to mention my ingame name is FATKID177

In order to whisper someone you need to hit enter which will open up the chat box. Then click on the "To" tab and it'll open up a little window, you type in the persons name. And make sure its exact, cause it is case sensative..

So if someons got a name like L3EtDoOd1ee7GuY
You have to type it exactly like that... and carefull cause Ones and L's look the same lol...

And that game looks like old xcom tho the site hasnt been updated, the poll there is still who will win the superbowl

It's what defines the player's mentality that plays the game and that might have to encounter every day of play.

Nothing personal if you use names like that Fuzzy, im from UO, usually leet speak and their wordings came with a 14 year old that had no education nor regard for other players or the game bringing great unhappiness to other players and usually demise to the game as no one wanted to be around them.

believe me, noone who is serious about playing the game would do anything to make a bad name for themselves..

You can drop all your gear dying just once... But most people would either give it back to you, res you, or stand on your stuff until you got back to it.

And if they didnt, then the person who took your stuff would be targeted themselves..

Or, if you dont wanna get a PK tag, you could just get a philar to Soul Crush them... Which makes their screen black, and knocks them unconcious for a certain amount of time.. Depending on how much spirit the philar has...
It can last up to 20 minutes... And if there are monsters around you, your pretty much fucked :P

I said "most" people that doesnt mean everyone...
There are of course people who will take your shit, then probably log off for a while so noone who's on hunts them down.

But theres an ingame message board you can post on, to let people know if someone did something like that.

Theres a bunch of skills in game you can use to make someones life hell while playing..

Lavita's and Philars can sleep. (Obviously philars lasts much longer cause they are spirit based)
Azlars can CC (cold cell) which turns you blue and freezes you, which lasts a pretty good amount of time, all depending on how much spirit they have..
I had an azlar back on the original server, lvl 750 and his CC lasted about 18 minutes.
Lavita's also have a skill called Hold, which is like CC...
Lunarenas have a skill called Fetters which stops your movement.

All of these can be broken with items though. "PAS" is used to break CC, Hold, Fetters.
And Coffee is used to break Sleep. But of course people can only carry so much on them. If you just continue to spam it, they'll run out of it eventually.

And of course theres philars soul crush, which cant be removed by an item.

Its not a carebear game by any means.. most people would just rather not piss off the rest of the community.

Btw, i cant watch movies on newgrounds for some reason. It always freezes when i try to watch a video there..
But dont worry cause iv already seen every RAB episode :P
That "12 minute long" episode i assume is the dungeons and christwagons episode =)
My favorite would probably be the one where they go clubbing =p
