Not a video game... well... not classically and not in the sense that I pwn myles2007 on a regular basis.

Who plays and what's your favorite strategy/combo.

For me.... Aluren, Man-O-War, + buff combos to gain infinite life and infinite buffs, and infinite mana... really... i don't like being that cheap... but it's great for shits and giggles, which is fine by me because I don't like super competitive playing.
